Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Hair by CJ has a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 72 hours. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Hair by CJ as soon as possible to reschedule.
No Show Policy
If you are a no show to an appointment you will be charged 100% of the service.
